Property and Cancellation Policies

• Check-In is after 3PM and Check-Out at 12PM.
• All prepaid bookings are non-refundable. Any last minute cancellations will be taken under consideration subject to applicable circumstances.
• A security deposit of RM100 per stay is collected upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable contingent on there being no supplementary charges or penalties.
• We are a non-smoking hotel, a RM1000 penalty charge will be imposed for guests who do not comply.
• Any additional access card will incur a RM100 deposit refundable upon safe return upon check out.
• Any lost access cards will incur a RM100 penalty fee.
• No pets allowed.
• Durian, Mangosteen, Jackfruit, Tarap and any other fruits that are strong in odour or stain inducing are strictly forbidden from being brought into the hotel premises.
• Penalty charges will also be imposed for items/linen/towels that are damaged or found to have hard stains that will require special treatment. The full damage list pricing is located behind the entrance door.
• No heavy cooking to prevent lasting stains or strong odour.
• Guests are not permitted to bring in room towels out of the premises for any outdoor activities.
• Make-up room is available upon request but only up to 9 PM.
